  • Customer Self-Service (CSS) is an online platform that enables customers to manage their accounts, make payments, request services, and update personal information without needing direct interaction with customer support

  • Migrated and maintained micro-frontend Angular applications, upgrading from version 13 to fixing Angular-specific bugs, and implementing new features to enhance functionality and performance in the Customer Self-Service (CSS) application for ORMB clients

  • Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) is a Pan-India single number (112) based emergency response system for citizens in emergencies
  • Each State/ UT is required to designate a dedicated Emergency Response Centres (ERC) to handle emergency requests
  • Duties –
  • Developed new web applications to enhance the functionality of the Emergency Response
  • Support System (ERSS)
  • Deployed web applications across 28 states and 8 union territories to ensure accessibility and effectiveness nationwide
  • Monitored the performance and security of web applications to maintain optimal functionality
  • Implemented new features and functionalities to improve the usability of existing web applications
  • Managed the installation and renewal of SSL certificates in each state and union territory to ensure secure communication channels
