- Developed necessary tooling like dimple square dies for the squaring of 3.10mm & 6.20mm flexible shafts projects to SUHNER USA & squaring die sets for 10mm flexible shaft for concrete vibrator segment & gauging required for the new flexible shaft assembly like go no go square plug gauge for 3.10mm flexible shafts & 10mm flexible shafts.
- Selected as a member from Suhner India for several global acting teams of SUHNER group like Global Engineering Team (GET), Global Quality Team (GQT) & Global Operational Excellence (GOE). These global acting teams are spearheading several revenue generation & cost control projects for the transmission division of Suhner group.
- Successfully completed the Six sigma project of Scrap reduction and achieved the result of scrap reduction from 10% to 7% which was a GQT project of Suhner group.
- New production line setup with single piece flow concept successfully completed for the mass production of product value Engineering project (a GOE project) in collaboration with Suhner USA.
