A retail automation project for H-E-B, enabling customers to complete purchases seamlessly through a self-checkout system. The solution integrates multiple in-store devices to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Key Contributions:

• Developed and integrated hardware components such as Biometric scanners, Receipt Printers, and Payment Terminals within the self-checkout flow.
• Implemented gRPC-based microservices for real-time device communication and transaction handling.
• Enhanced system reliability by optimizing event streaming and inter-service communication.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing retail checkout solutions.

• Designed and developed a test automation framework using Java, Spring Boot, Cucumber, TestNG, and Rest Assured.
• Implemented environment-based configuration management, custom Cucumber reporting, SFTP connectivity, and parallel test execution.
• Contributed to problem-solving, documentation, and testing throughout the SDLC.
• Ensured timely delivery of automation tasks while maintaining high code quality and performance.
