Roles and Responsibilities:

• To effectively carry out all works related to Project Management and site supervision including day to day monitoring of the project
• To carry out quality checks as per IS codes and specifications
• Preparation and review of project schedule, including its monitoring and updating
• Record measurements in time in the Measurement Books as per procedure
• Maintain the various registers, weekly reports, test reports, ISO documents and other requirements of client
• Ensuring design specification of the materials prior to approvals and procurement
• Acting as technical adviser at site for subcontractors, supervisors and other operatives
• To correspond with Contractors and other stake holders for project execution
• Monitor metrics during project execution to maintain compliance with planned costs, schedules and goals
• To monitor the quantities on regular basis and in case of deviations/ requirement of new items, obtain approval and clearance in advance
• Liaison with Contractors and authorities for final completion and handing over of the project
• Communicate with industrial equipment installers to deliver technical support throughout project execution
• Liaised with company executives and project managers to acquire resources to move project forward
• Evaluate Changeorder requests in response to out-of-scope work activities and developing field condition
• Functional Responsibilities:
• Water Treatment Plant – Construction of Intake well, Filter House, Chemical house, Clariflocculator, Aerator, Parshall Flume, Flash Mixer, Filter Bed chamber, Backwash water tank, Chlorine cylinder room, solution mixing room, chlorinator room, pipe gallery, clear water reservoir
• Laying of DI inlet pipes from river to intake well, DI pipes from Clearwater reservoir to High Ground Level Reservoir (HGLR) tank through underground ducts
• College and Museum work – Construction of G+3 Ladies Hostel, G+3 Academic Block, Overhead tanks, Sump and Septic tanks, random rubble masonry wall works, Museum building.

Project - Kalyan Avanti (Multistoried Apartment,B+G+16)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Good experience in piling foundation (Auger, Rotary and DMC Piling)
• Overseeing the soil testing work required for the determination of depth of pile & height of building
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site
• Establishing the reference points and providing elevations to guide construction team Sheet piling works for the construction of retaining wall required for basement floor Foundation works such as pile caps, matt & raft foundations
• Maintaining the various engineering drawings and specifications and setting out the works in accordance
• Acting as technical adviser at site for subcontractors, supervisors and other operatives Assisting the project engineers in various assignments and accomplish tasks given by them
• Ensuring design specifications and safety standards on the project site
• Execution of work by providing guidelines to the contractor team for the proper conduct of work at site
• Preparing the Bill of Quantities
• Ensuring the quality of the product used in the construction Maintaining the various records of the project.
