• Development of hydrogen storage & transportation system using LOHC technology for OIL INDIA Ltd., Jorhat, Assam.,
• Preparing project implementation plan and statutory approval for hydrogenation and dehydrogenation plant.,
• Conducted market research on LOHC technology.,
• Conducted comprehensive analysis of the Failure Mode and Effect analysis (FMEA) pertaining to the design, process, and product of a plant.,
• Designing of hydrogenation and dehydrogenation reactor.

Pilot AEM based Hydrogen Power Generation plant and fuel cell based micro-grid at NTPC-Dadri, 

• Understanding the functionality of AEM electrolyzer and Fuel cell.,
• Worked in the certification and statutory approval of Hydrogen generation and storage plant.

Micro-grid based EV charging station for Battery Electric Vehicle using Solid Oxide Fuel cell, 

• Development of micro -grid system by integrating solid oxide fuel cell with solar PV along with battery and inverter for EV charging station.,
• Designing of stand-alone system for charging station using biogas based fuel cell.

Pilot project for generation of Hydrogen using any waste along with storage of hydrogen at NTPC ltd., 

• Detailed study on type of waste to be used.,
• Worked on comprehensive analysis of waste to hydrogen plant.,
• Vendor development for various system in plant.

Solid Biofuels from agricultural waste, SSS-NIBE (MNRE), Kapurthala, 

• Preparation of solid biofuels such as pellets & briquettes using agriculture stubbles there by reducing the waste.,
• Analysis of various agricultural waste from all over India.,
• Characterization of solid biofuels for optimization.,
• Testing of biofuels received from government/private institutes and organizations.

Biogas reactor design from food waste for methane production from Anaerobic digestion technology, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 

• Design and development of biogas reactor- spiral model (anaerobic digestion) for methane production from kitchen waste at BARC Mumbai,
• Characterization of waste for optimization of reactor.,
• Study of various type of reactor for wet waste.
