• System Monitoring: performing system health checks, setting profile parameters, monitoring background jobs, work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, memory utilization
• User Administration: Creating users,Role creation, assigning authorizations to the users, locking and unlocking users
• Spool Administration: Configuration of printers in SAP system, locking and deletion of printers, maintaining spool output requests, troubleshooting printer related issues
• Transport Management: Creating transport request, releasing transport request, importing transport requests in development systems and move it to quality and production systems manually.
