· SAM check of new models and provide feedback on service-related parameters for product improvements

· Vehicle launch operations & Vehicle Operation- Reduction of field failures through extensive simulations and using troubleshooting applications namely ODIN, Bus Master and available DTC's

· Major team member on failure analysis on HV Battery, MCU, VCU and Traction motor related field complaints

· Analysis and address field failure reports received from field and Provide remote Technical Assistance to assist dealers in complex trouble shooting
