Description:
Dell Command Update is a standalone application designed for Dell commercial client systems to simplify the process of updating system software, including BIOS, firmware, drivers, and Dell-specific applications. The tool facilitates the detection and installation of necessary updates post-OS and network driver installation, based on the device's identity.
Key Responsibilities:

• Developed and maintained core features using WPF and Windows Services in C#.
• Integrated update detection and installation processes to ensure accurate driver matching based on system configuration.
• Utilized Windows Registry for system settings and configuration handling.
• Conducted extensive testing and debugging using Visual Studio 2019 to ensure robust performance across different Dell hardware models.

Project 2: Dell Client Device Manager
Environment: C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, LINQ, GIT, Azure, Visual Studio 2021
Description:
Dell Client Device Manager is a web-based application designed to manage updates for Dell commercial client systems. It streamlines the deployment of BIOS, firmware, and driver updates, ensuring compatibility and efficiency during post-OS installation procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

• Designed and implemented RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API to manage device update workflows.
• Utilized Entity Framework and LINQ for efficient data access and manipulation within SQL Server.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams using Git for version control and Azure for cloud-based deployment and monitoring.
• Ensured system scalability and reliability by following best practices in API design and database optimization.

Genie Self Service (GSS)

Enabled Smart Solution employees to access and update employee details across four centers in two countries.
Facilitated viewing and editing of personal information, such as address and PAN number.
Provided functionality for employees to view official documents, including bonus and promotion letters.
Allowed employees to apply for advance salary and leave requests through GSS tool.
