Handle all parent and student-related queries., Verify student attendance issues in I Campus, inform teachers and coordinate parent calls., Organize entrance exams (printing, conducting, distributing for correction)., Enter marks in I Campus and hand over results to heads for parent meetings., Working with the Educational Management Information System (EMIS) to manage the addition of students, staff and other related data., Managing various tasks related to student and staff information, communication and resources on the school's internal portal for I Campus., Finalize textbook and notebook lists with department heads and maintain records., Address teacher requests promptly and process orders via email/phone., Coordinate weekly transport schedules with Transport Department based on school calendar., Collect and compile annual class-wise requirements and share with the facility team., Manage venue bookings (auditorium, etc.) for meetings and events., Share weekly assembly schedules by grade., Coordinate with the department for power issues or other electrical needs., Report system issues personally when needed for self or department heads., Manage visitor permissions (e.g., book vendors)., Handle student exit permissions and emergency staff vehicle entries., Coordinate vehicle arrangements for major events (SLC, Sports day, Annual day, etc.)., Take daily manual attendance and lunch count; send details to the facility team., Create a parent broadcast group and ensure regular updates on excursions, weekly newsletters and important circulars., Compile and send daily reports to the head., Monitor and follow up on I Campus and manual attendance entries., Enter and consolidate monthly/yearly student marks., Oversee the preparation and organization of exam papers, including printing, sorting and pinning., Maintain grade records for students from Grade I to VIII, categorizing data by individual tests, LSP (Learning Support Program) students and boarders., Generate bar graphs to visualize performance data, both test-wise and on a yearly basis., Send broadcast messages, prepare annual calendar, type documents., Maintain 13-year academic records and provide report cards to parents., Distribute manual circulars to students., Maintain Teachers Leave cards., Coordinate demo sessions for candidates, collect coordinator feedback to academic head and forward the final report to Human Resource Department (HRD).
