  • The target was a 10% improvement in the productivity of the solar cells line (PV Cell Line) and the solar panel manufacturing line, which was achieved through machine and manpower utilization analysis, identification of value-adding and non-value-adding activities, and recommendations for improvement in processes.
  • With the help of manpower optimization and semi-automation, we were able to achieve overall savings of 15% in the Packaging section of a pharmaceutical company.
  • Designing the layout for a Greenfield facility targeting overall operational improvement in comparison with the current layout. We also utilized simulation to validate the suggested improvements in a honeycomb packaging company.
