• Create Software Configuration Management plan for the Software Teams to adhere.
• Lead the Change Control Board team to handle Change control activities.
• Risk Management.
• Ensure that the Agile process is followed by the team.
• Drive Continuous improvement by creating and tracking continuous improvement plan.
• Share lessons learnt in each program with team members and stake holders and Sr. Management.
• Address technical gaps in handling future technology and current trend / Market needs.
• Constantly track project progress and take action on areas where there is a slack in progress.
• Customers liaising across regions like China, North America, South America, Australia, Japan & India.
• Supplier and 3rd Party management.
• Identification of appropriate suppliers.
• Create NDA with the suppliers.
• Create SSOW with the suppliers.
• Negotiate cost and time with the suppliers.
• Align suppliers to the process used (Eg.ASpice).
• Create and Track the Supplier plan.
• Have weekly meetings with suppliers for tracking progress and discuss other aspects.

• Develop device drivers for various protocols, communication modules as book shelf products.
• Review of Software Design and Code of junior team members and peers.
• Work closely with Software Integration team to align software delivery in alignment with integration plans Work closely with diagnostics software development team to support vehicle diagnostics.
