Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet demand forecasts and delivery commitments.
- Lead SMT and IMT production operations, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to quality standards.

- Ensure equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance of SMT lines, wave soldering machines, and AOI systems.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, R&D, and supply chain to ensure smooth product flow and timely execution of NPIs.
- Maintain high standards of workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Track and analyze production KPIs including OEE, downtime, and defect rates to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure documentation and reporting accuracy within SAP and MES systems for traceability and performance monitoring.
