¤ Responsible for Production and Delivery of Engineering Short Orders and New product and process development.
¤ Alterations in the Existing Product and Change Implementation in Process also responsible for Updating Change Implementation Documents & Records with Implementation target date.
¤ Products concession, Deviation and EARN raised to development with proper validation reports.
¤ Conduct Design review meetings & NP meeting with CFT to improve New products development
¤ Review the Material Technical Data Sheet & Assist qualification of new manufactured quality products
¤ Investigate all client complaints and issues. Identify root cause and respond with corrective action & Support and instruct as needed to Quality Inspectors
¤ Develop and execute plans for quality and control to ensure constant manufacturing continuity and product conformance
¤ Prepare and Review Method Statement approval or comments of the Engineer and take action
¤ Prepare QA/QC Reports & Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, Weld Penetration calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance
¤ Carry out Supplier Audit at the site as scheduled and Supplier Audit in the Project Quality Plan, PQP& Involve as internal auditor for AS9100 / ISO:9001:2000 process audits of quality management systems.
¤ Support quality goals and objectives along with activities to identify, explain and resolve quality issues.
¤ Initiating Process Change in Production to improve Product Quality, Reduction in Cost and Improve Productivity
