• Monitoring project status during the course of periodic project review meetings SITE, Managing all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
• Interacting with Lead Suppliers for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment / material (by providing Tax benefit) with timely delivery so as to minimize project cost.

To implement the preparation of project cash flow projection curves & Machinery shipment delivery schedules based on physical site conditions &other logistics.

To checkout project implementation schedules / Bar charts via MS project

Effective co-ordination with clients, consultants, QA/QC authorities, vendors and internal Depts.

To ensure project related method statements, Quality work procedures (QWP), Inspection & testing–commissioning forms for all M&E related works along with Inspection Test Plan (ITP )
