Roles And Responsibilities

  • Handling Recruiting Process.
  • Handling employee onboarding activity.
  • Hands-on Experience in Database (Salesforce).
  • Issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience and relieving letters for employees.
  • Maintaining records of all the (New Joiners, Ex-employee etc.)
  • Maintaining Employee Master Data.
  • Responsible for independently handling all Employee documentation till joining.
  • Responsible for arranging Employee code, Employee Induction (explaining them about leave and attendance policy and projects and reporting).
  • Updating Attendance, leaves (full day and half day) and keeping a track or record of leave and attendance.
  • Creating an email id of new employees.
  • Maintaining the record of all the items issued to employees like Mobile phone, Laptop, Bags and SIM cards.
  • Bank salary account opening and follow up the same.
  • Conduct reference and background checks. Interaction with employees, handling issues related to their salary, attendance, overtime, their leave administration or any other HR related matters.
  • Verifying employee’s day to day attendance in Keka tool.
  • Handling Employee Grievances.
  • Handling EX-employee Verifications.
  • Conducting Exit Interviews and Processing No due clearances.
  • Processing F&F settlements and Issuing Relieving letters.
  • Taking Care of all the HR & Admin responsibilities.
  • Processing Variable Bonus and incentive amount as per rating & approvals
  • Assisting HR manager in performance appraisal process.
  • Communicate with management and staff to ensure a pleasant work environment.
  • Organizing Events like Diwali celebration events/ competition etc and ensuring 100% employee engagement in it.

  • Do all backend work for management.
  • Manage daily activities of office. Being single point of contact for management.
  • Monitor office supply- Stationery & Housekeeping and place order when necessary.
  • Coordinating with team regarding timely payment of all bills like Electricity bills, Maintenance bill, Water bills, Credit Card bills, Mobile and Telephone bill payments, Contract renewal for Office and employee.
  • Keep check on vendors like (Housekeeping, Electrician, Plumber, courier and stationery and coordinate with their supervisors for any issues,).
  • Keep a stock of all the materials purchased and control wastage.
  • Responsible for handling the petty cash and keeping the record of expenses.
  • Budgeting for the events.
  • Handling employee grievances related to work, behavior, etc.
  • Counsel the associate if there is any issue relating to behavior, absenteeism, attendance & performance.
  • Monitor timely update of personnel records (Updating personal details, position, salary, leave records, etc).
  • Employee’s Personal file Management.
  • Exit Interviews
  • Full and final settlement, interviewing employees, evaluating employee feedback with Top Management.
  • Giving the clearance form to employee.
