- Involved in end-to-end work from requirement gathering to deployment. Develop and present conceptual and functional innovation modules for assessment and evaluation.
- As a SharePoint Technical Architect, have enforced and evolved design and development standards.
- Have worked in this project for the last 5+ years as an individual contributor. Have played the role of both Developer and Architect.
- Worked on a major release for the CSC Intranet Homepage revamp, where new design and development changes have been introduced in the Intranet landing page. This release involved end-to-end work (Requirement gathering to Deployment), which we have successfully delivered as per committed timeline. As part of this, we have built custom SharePoint Framework webparts (SPFx) using React JS & jQuery Frameworks. We have also branded the header and footer of the pages using Application Customizer across the tenant level. Received appreciations post release of this module.
- Worked on Modern transformation of all existing Classic SharePoint pages. Around 60% (200+ pages) of the sites are now moved to Modern platform. Most the existing classic pages had customizations on their pages, which we had delivered as is in Modern transition.
- Involved in creating Microsoft 365 Road Map for the organization by analyzing the existing infrastructure and proposed the work way ahead for 2024.
- Have worked extensively on Power Automate flows (around 90) to avoid manual work for end-users. These flows are country specific document approval process and communicative. They basically capture the policies of different geographical locations and set the approval process according to the country.
- Have built chatbots using Power Virtual Agent(CoPilot) and deployed them on SharePoint pages and MS Teams. Have also built an Poc for chatbots using Azure Al Language.
- Established and enforced SharePoint governance policies based on the infra policies.
- Showed the capability to work independently while achieving all goals on time.
- Ability to convince the stake holders with proper technical justifications on few critical scenarios to achieve win-win situations.
- Received appreciations on multiple instances where deliverables were deployed in Production on-time without any slippage. Also post deployment, we have not received any major issues with the code which went live.
