Roles And Responsibilities

Process establishment with PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, BOP, Bot, MSD and Other Standard documents. Value Stream Mapping and Kanban to design smooth, waste-free production workflows. APQP adherence for new product introduction. Takt time and cycle time studies to optimize the production processes. Commission new equipment through MQ1 and MQ2 protocols, minimizing downtime and maximizing uptime. Manufacturing System Design and capacity expansion by reducing cycle time. Analyze process data to identify trends, track progress, and measure the impact of improvement initiatives. Capacity Creation and Expansion. Capital and Revenue Sanction. Major Accomplishments

  • Capex Avoidance in Make or Buy decision around INR.115 lacs by adding a new product in the existing Line
  • Modified the workstation to improve Ergonomic working conditions by reducing BRIEF Score from 38.5 to 6.25
  • Reduces setup change over time from 10 minutes to 2 Minutes in Pump Assembly and testing
  • Increase the production output from 30/hr. to 55/hr. in ASU Line to meet the customer increase in demand
  • Auto PDI table introduced in the assembly line to reduce labour
  • Traceability designed and developed for 3 Assembly lines in Labview with My SQL in a cost saving of 18 Lacs
  • Eliminating the pneumatics cylinder in the assembly bench by introducing an electromagnet for holding the job and energy saving of 1.5 lacs / Annum
  • ASU Performance testing machine capacity increased by 40 % by reducing the reservoir volume from 3ltr to 1ltr
  • Auto Rubber bearing assembly on the bracket with low-cost automation for 4 variants Quality improvement to avoid soap oil with SMED changeover
  • We developed a Mix Model assembly line to optimize a 60 sqm layout with low-cost automation. Additionally, we designed a pneumatic-free station, which earned us the Best CFT Project award for 2023.
