- Switched Reluctance Motor : Magnet less - Traction SRM HubMotor 48V and 1.5kWatt Motor. Patented 5 novel concepts on motor architecture and internal components based on manufacturing and assembly.
- L3 Mid-Drive BLDC/PMSM Motor, Co-managed Product Development and Introduced unique electromagnetic circuit increasing performance of motor by 3% and profited 12% BOM price. Resolved critical sensor & harness failure occurrence from 7 to 2.
- 2-Wheeler BLDC Hub-Motor, Involved in market research, customer interactions, QCD activities and developed product from market's inputs. Homologated 10inch Hub Motor as per ICAT standard AIS041, AIS004 and Certified IP67, Drop & Salt Spray test as per IS standards.
- BLDC Motor Controller Power 800W - 6kW, Calculated MOSFETs heat losses and translated data for design and thermal simulation / FEA., Developed Aluminum heat sink casing for PCB with cooling effectiveness of 7% better than Market design.
