  • Block and Integration level testing of power supply block, voltage and current measurement block, resolver block, safe state block in 800V SiC Inverter.
  • Design Justification of 800V Inverter Modules in SIMETRIX, including Worst-Case Scenario and Monte-Carlo Analysis.
  • BoM optimization: Identify, compare datasheet, simulate and test the performance of alternate component in each of the inverter blocks.

  • Took an initiative to develop an indigenous motor controller for a 48V battery system with the help of colleagues from BOSCH, my project professor and industry experts. Pitched the idea in PSG start up cell and was provided with incubation for 6 months, but left the idea because of financial constraints.
  • Actively working to patent the concept of the indigenous motor controller.
