Roles & Responsibility:
Material Planning: Depending on the region wise intend from sales team Monthly Production plan product wise to be planned to calculated and communicated to production.
Material Movement Control: Checking on daily basis weather the entry for the material received are made and dispatched material goes with proper documents without violating the statutory norms.
Purchase Follow up & Dispatch planning: Accurate Scheduling, Material follow-up activities for series production and dispatches depending on the regional requirements.
OTD & Rejection Handling: Tracking & ensuring the On-time deliveries of schedules from Production on monthly basis and handling the rejected materials.
Inventory Control: Depending on the market, monitor and control the inventory Levels by internal movement of material or by altering the production.
Monthly & Daily MIS reporting: Reporting the Monthly & Daily MIS reports of Pan India to Managing director and Vice President on stipulated time.
Vendor Management & Price negotiation: Sourcing, Selecting, Evaluating, Negotiating,Managing the vendors for regular business and making contract agreements for them.
Coordinating Logistics Operations of India: Monitoring the day today logistics activities throughout India and addressing to the day today problems and solving them.
Purchase orders & Supplier Stock: Releasing of Purchase Order and schedule agreement to the suppliers on monthly basis and ensuring the supplier inventory holds the adequate safety stock level to be supplied on urgent basis.
Team management: Dedicating, monitoring, Evaluating the team members on regular basis, addressing their problems and motivating them regularly to strengthening the team.
Addressing to Statutory Changes: Depending on the statutory changes in respective each business area, understanding them and suggesting the best practice to the management.
Customer Demand: Handling of procurement activities as per the customer demand to meet the 100% adherence to the requirement.
