- Based on the demand skills and project forecast will approve and take forward for resource identification
- Once the requirement is approved will publish the JD to Internal Bench resources to get the profiles for their next deployment to the project
- Profile screening will be done and share the profile with the project team for evaluation
- Based on the feedback will shortlist the profile and deploy the resource to project
- Raising the service request to close the assignation for the shortlisted resources, Proceeding with the client on-boarding process as per the below
- External profiles will be enable for the requirement
- Once profile received from will check the panel and candidate availability to schedule the Interview discussion in Talview(Internal tool used to schedule discussion for external candidate)
- Update the project team and the candidate on the offer status and the Date of Joining
- Need to track the external profile status from interview scheduling to the DOJ to the project
- Follow the End to End Recruitments cycle.
