Project Description: The NSW Government’s new STRA framework standardizes holiday rental rules with safety standards, a state-wide property register, and annual day limits for non-hosted stays in certain regions.

Responsibilities:

• Designed and implemented scalable Pega PRPC solutions aligned with business needs.

• Developed and optimized background processes using Job Schedulers, Queue Processors and Data Flows.

• Configured and maintained Data Transforms, Validations, Data Pages, RDs, Activities,When Rules, SLAs, Decision Tables and Declare Expressions.

Project Description:
BASIX is an NSW government scheme that rates the sustainability of residential and non-residential buildings based on water efficiency, thermal comfort, energy use, and materials.
Responsibilities:
• Designed and implemented Pega PRPC applications following best practices.
• Developed Data Transforms, Validations, Data Pages, RDs, Activities, When Rules, Decision Tables, Declare Expressions, and SLAs to drive business logic.
• Built dynamic UI components (Sections, Paragraphs) for enhanced user experience.
