National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme-NAPS 2.0 (April 2023- till date):

• Apprenticeship Advisor for NAPS 2.0 to oversee Apprenticeship operations in Agriculture across India
• Organizing regular workshops and webinars to create awareness about NAPS scheme and changes in NAPS 2.0 to Industry stakeholders
• Complying with NAPS 2.0 guidelines to approve contracts and claims
• Monitoring through physical inspection and telephonic verification to ensure on ground Apprenticeship trainings

Incharge for Kisan Drone Initiative (June 2022- till date):

• Developed Course curriculum for Kisan Drone Operator collaborating with Drone Manufacturers and Drone Federation
• Monitoring of Drone trainings to strictly complying with DGCA guidelines

darsh Gram Skill Camp (SANKALP) Project (June 2021-Mar 2022):

• Prepared proposal for SANKALP with budgeting and approved it by SANKALP under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Govt of India
• Successfully trained 1800 beneficiaries from UP and Bihar, world bank funded flagship programme under MSDE
• Monitoring and reporting of project to Ministry
• Supervised day-to-day operations to meet performance within timelines

Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Project

· Prepared proposal along with budgeting for SABIC under CSR initiative

· organized the trainings for 500 beneficiaries as per the approved proposal

Monitoring of the trainings to ensure timely completion of the project within the resources
