Project: CTM/CBAR (Client Transaction Management/Client Books and Records)

Currently working as a Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager at Ernst & Young (EY), where I contribute to high-impact consulting engagements within the financial domain. My role encompasses stakeholder collaboration, and the design of scalable, compliant database solutions. I lead key initiatives including SQL Server migration, vulnerability remediation, and non-permitted technology (NPT) standardization, all as part of strategic transformation programs for global clients. My work aligns with EY’s core consulting principles—innovation, risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance—delivering both technical excellence and measurable business value.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Effectively serving as a SME for CTM/CBAR Global settlement system- A real time STP application which automates trade processing life cycle from trade capture, enrichment, settlements, confirmations, bookkeeping and clearance.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for key financial transformation initiatives.

· Design and implement scalable SQL Server migration solutions, including schema development, performance optimization, and data conversion.

Project: GLOSS (Global Settlement System) and GPTM (Global Post-Trade Management);

Client: Barclays and multiple global banks.

· Delivered end-to-end implementation and service delivery support for global trading and settlement systems across the US, UK, and APAC regions.

· Provided L2/L3 application support, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process automation for enhanced service delivery.

· Collaborated with business users and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions tailored to capital markets operations.

· Supported product enhancements and system maintenance activities, ensuring stability, scalability, and adherence to regulatory standards.

· Participated in UAT planning, test case design, and validation to ensure smooth deployments aligned with business expectations.

· Strong understanding of settlement workflows, trade lifecycle, and messaging standards(SWIFT, CREST, EUROCLEAR) in the international capital markets domain.

· Played a key role in CCP migration, auto borrow processing, and account position management, ensuring accurate transaction handling and reporting.

· Served as the primary liaison for Barclays APTP, managing release handovers, addressing production issues, and ensuring seamless post-release service continuity.
