Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Profile: Supporting L&D activities for one of the verticals, primarily includes preparing of reports and dash boards with regards to mandatory compliance trainings, handling end- end activities of LMS for the vertical, scheduling technical training(internal/external), providing troubleshooting and coordinating with internal teams with regards to trainings etc.
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparing compliance reports for the mandatory trainings owned by client & Organization for the all the resources working in the vertical (CMITS (8000+ Employees) across globe.
• Maintaining & updating the compliance trackers and preparing Dash boards for same and communicating to the leadership on regular intervals.
• Following up with defaulters to make sure they are compliant with the mandatory Trainings.
• Scheduling & organizing internal & external technical trainings for the respective service lines as per business requirement or project requirement.
• Gathering qualified vendors for the external trainings.
• Mentoring the New Joiners regarding the Mandatory Trainings and making sure to complete the same by them, so that they can be deployed on projects.
• Creating e-learning content for frequently asked trainings on internal LMS portal.
• Creation/updating of ILT sessions, Process Knowledge Test (PKT), Videos, Learning Paths, for the accounts as per their process requirement on LMS portal.
• Preparing presentations for the leadership reviews for respective service lines w.r.t trainings
• Gathering training samples for the resources considered for internal & external audits.
• Providing troubleshooting for the resources across globe w.r.t trainings.
• Supporting other verticals with their training requirement as when required.
• Issuing/maintaining vouchers/licenses that have been procured from emplaned training partners like Oracle/SAP/Skill Soft etc
• Assigning e-learning courses to the resources on partner sites.
• Ensuring the training goals are being met on monthly basis for the vertical. Specifically, in programs like Gateway & Build/Education@work and other initiatives.
• Gathering and reporting of resources who got deployed to the projects for the skillset they got trained on monthly basis.
