- To execute overall on plot piping fabrication and erection works include identification of material, coordination for all qualification of welders, inspection of site as per isometric, GAD, P&ID, fabrication of pipe spool, organize inspection of welding, coordination for the NDT, Installation of piping preparation of as built drawing and test pack, Preparation of mechanical punch list, hydrotesting, flange Management and box up activities as per applicable codes and standards and procedure.

- Preparation and review of method statement and procedure like procedure for fabrication of piping, installation and testing of piping, hydrotest for piping, installation of equipment’s etc.
- To liaise with engineering team for the completion of approved construction (AFC) drawing and ensure complete transmittal of the same into site.
- To check the Bill of material (Material Take off) as per drawing for ensuring requirements are realistically quantified as per scope and budget and follow up the delivery of the project/construction materials.
- To liaise with procurement and material management team to ensure the project piping material delivery are in time as per planned schedule to site.
- Liaising with engineering (design team) to ensure deliverable like project material and equipment’s meet construction requirement.
- Handling all sort of piping modification / Revamping works with structural modification and structural support modification and connection to mechanical equipment (static, rotating, pump, compressor etc.)
- To study the vendor manual for monitoring the material delivery and ensuring all inspection of material/equipment as per vendor specification.
- To coordinate for the installation of mechanical static and rotary equipment’s like pump, boiler, compressors and organizing vendor arrival to site at the time of commissioning, coordination for the commissioning activity with vendor etc.
- Conduct daily meetings for the progress and concern related to the work with civil, Electrical, Instrumentation and
- Commissioning discipline head, participate weekly meeting with client.
- Responsible for carrying out mechanical clearance, conducting hydro and pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and precommissioning requirement for the project.
