• Preparing Estimation, Rate Analysis, Bar bending schedule.
• Preparing BQOT for tendering and MB measurements and Biling.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.
• Collecting Data from site, Preparing and Submission of RA Bills to Client and pursue with them for getting payment.
• Good communication with Staffs & Client.
• Studying drawings & Plans and prepare the materials requirement & raise the ident to store.
• Preparation of Project Cost Estimate and budgets showing monthly cash flows in and requisition of funds To prepare periodic reports of Weekly progress, Monthly MIS, Reviews, Cost analysis and other reports.
• Reconciliation of construction materials on monthly basis and Subcontractor Bill reconciliation also.
• Preparation of Subcontractor bill including Civil, & Material Supplies etc with required supporting documents.
• Oversee Project formulation / Budgeting / Project planning and execution of Civil/Construction projects and Utilities
• Checking of reinforcement placed & fixed with proper spacing and formwork with respect to approved drawing & specification for foundation, sub structure and super structures.
• Preparation of sub-contractors Bills and preparation of estimates.
