• Worked and Created Power Bi reports & dashboards with various resources like Excel Files/CSV Files/ SQL Server.
• Identified opportunities for Ticket reduction, Automation, Best Practices /Reusability, Environment stability to strengthen process.
• Gather and analyze requirements from SME/Customer for Power BI reports to be Created
• Understanding data and business flow to create insights and KPI to success of Service Improvement Plans(SIP)
• Achieved reduction in delay time through findings insights from file completion data for on-time processing of branch planning file for warehouse operations and deliveries.
• Create data model aligning to requirements for creation of Power BI reports.

• Monitoring Batch jobs, Agent Status and resource levels to ensure SLA.
• Performing FLPD (First Level Problem Determination) for certain alerts and errors.
• Responsible for correction and restart of any failed production jobs by utilizing CA-7.
• Perform miscellaneous setup actions such as rename/delete /copy Datasets.
• Run all backups like full, Archive, Periodic backups.
• Prepare check list and documents for team and client reference.
• Performed & Coordinated DR (Disaster Recovery) activates successfully.
• Recycling regions, tasks of DB2, CICS, IMS, and SYSTEM.
• Start/Stop/Display & fixing issue related to Program and transactions .
• Performed Shutdown/IPL with Production, development and Test Environment.
