Responsibilities as Business Analyst/Product Owner
- To create JIRA EPICs to start with. Understanding Business Intake request forms on the issues submitted
- Coordinating with Business Owners to understand the issue reported and the fix they expect for the issue.
- Requirement gathering, Preparing Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
