My role is affiliated with understanding the requirements of the clients and accordingly executing a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirements and helping them Establish their GCOE’s (Global Centre of Excellence) in India through sourcing and hiring the top talents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Managed end to end recruitment for multiple roles - business intakes, job postings and application management, sourcing and screening, pipeline development, pipeline movement and interviews, calibrations, offer negotiations, and offer rollouts.

 Architected and executed a targeted candidate sourcing strategy, leading to a notable 35% increased flow of highly qualified candidates into the pipeline.

 Became an expert with the Recruitment process and tools with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) both internally and external like Workable, iCIMS, Lever, Greenhouse, & Talent Recruit.

 Collaborating with Leadership level work force to Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintaining the team’s agenda.

 Driving and leading hiring events for quicker TAT along with an improved candidate experience.

 Building and maintaining healthy relationship with business stakeholders at an APAC level as well as a global geography.
