1) Moulded Fibre Business:

• Conceptualized and setup a new company - ITC Fibre Innovations Limited engaged in the Moulded Fibre Business - Rs. 350 Cr project with an estimated turnover of Rs. 100 Crs
• Set up management and financial accounting systems, internal controls and implemented ERP
• Engaged with stakeholders for key incentives (Rs.60 Crs) from the State Government
• Agile interventions ensured implementation of the project within a record 325 days

2) Strategic Business Partner - Commercial & Supply Chain Finance

• Played a key role in strategic initiatives such as Supply Chain improvement (to increase OTIF to 75%), sale of biogenic Co2 from the Pulp Mill (Rs. 7 Cr per annum revenue), design of wood procurement models worth Rs. 100 Crs, and negotiation of critical transportation contract worth ~Rs. 700 Crs.
• Introduced the Procurement as a Service (PAAS) model for Engineering & MRO buy worth Rs. 150 Crs.

3) Digital Transformation

• Business Lead for SAP HANA upgrade with a complete revamp of the existing costing systems
• Critical evaluation of the existing customizations in SAP ECC and drawing up a transition strategy to SAP HANA
• Conceptualised and key member of the implementation team for Procure to Pay Digital Platform
• Lead for the Finance team of Young Digital Innovators' Lab of the Company, implementing a Gen AI / ML solution for competition analysis

• Led a 60-member Finance team at India's largest Integrated Pulp and Paper Mill, overseeing the entire finance operations including accounts, costing, MIS, procure-to-pay, fixed assets accounting, taxation, and commercial negotiations.
• Led 4 consecutive annual planning exercises and played a key role in Industry 4.0 projects worth ~Rs. 100 Crs, evaluating project KPIs.
• Led finance digital transformation in the with reduction of ~400 man days, including implementation the first of its kind Business Planning System and RPAs.
• Implemented an inhouse Agreement Management System, which was first of its kind in the Company.
• Engaged with the State Government and obtained incentives of ~Rs. 4 Crs
• Implemented TPM standards in the Finance function achieving highest standards / levels

• Implemented GRC for access rights control across the Division
• Oversaw the Procure to pay processes with implementation of the Bill register system
• Strengthened the internal controls especially in the area of accounting and tracking of cylinder and tools.

• Auditor in the Corporate Internal Audit function of the Company. auditing all the Businesses across the company
• Led the audit team for 5 key internal audits, identifying significant control issues and value added points
