As an offshore Team member, I was part of the Performance testing team working with different applications and technologies. And involved in different phases of testing.

· Involved in study phase gathering the non functional requirements.

• Interacting with the SMEs, Solution Architects, CIO-PM and ADM teams directly to gather and freeze the non-functional requirements for the project.

· Prepare the Test plan and gather the required test data.

· Prepare the test estimation.

· Conduct the test execution based on the plan, scope and estimation.

· Raise the defects in the Quality center and co-ordinate with the project team for defect closure.

· Co-ordination with offshore / onsite team for clarifications on support

· Prepare the test report based on the execution.

· Provided knowledge sharing session for new joiners.
