PROFILE SYNOPSIS:
- Employee end to end process
- Handled Labour license new registrations, renewals & amends
- Handled day-to-day HR activities and coordination with external and internal departments
- Supervising medical insurance and group term life insurance queries & claims

- HR Activity:
- Maintaining current HR files and databases. Working closely with HR Head for salary inputs and other matters
- Attendance Management
- Issuing Offer letters, Confirmations & Extension letters
- Handle Employee engagement and employee relations
- Performing statutory compliance audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
- Handling Group Medical Insurance for eligible employees
- Ensuring that all PF Nomination forms are collected and submitted online.

- Answering payroll questions and Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors
- Adept at handling full & final settlements. Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
- Statutory Activity:
- Submission of PF withdrawal/transfer/Basic details changes through to PF member portal.
- Approving employee KYC and Transfer requests on employer portal with DSC.
- Carrying out online ESIC remittance to receive the challan copies.
- Ensuring complete compliance with regards to payment of statutory payroll liabilities comprising PF, ESIC, PT Generating Statutory reports, MIS reports, etc.
- License application/renewal/amendment
- Maintain statutory registers, records, notices and returns. Handling Audits /Inspections.
