• Provide technical support for complete project solutions based on market information and current products capability.
• Assist the sales team to mobilize internal resources, run and manage the projects with aggressive schedules in order to provide professional and efficient technical support.

• Conduct hands on proof of concept demonstrations, certification training and presentation to customers.
• Engage customers, bring in current market information & customer information back to sales team.
• Serve as a point of contact for response and resolution of technical queries.

• Product Line Management of data cables for both existing and new products under development.
• Business development initiatives like conducting technical workshops and new product approvals.
• Working closely with product development team and customers for new business.
• Pre-sales engagement support to domestic & global teams.
• Ensuring new products development to meet the dynamic needs of OEM customers and end users.
• Competition mapping and Application Engineering support to the customers.
• Quality testing and reliability of the new products samples to meet the customer requirements.
• Bench marking products against competitors, providing sample and technical ideas for improving existing design and developing new products.

• Led the entire Quality Control team starting from Incoming Goods Inspection to the Finished Goods Inspection.
• New vendors and new raw materials development.
• Experience developing process quality plans, supplier quality audits, and driving corrective actions and failure analysis efforts.
• Experience with the development and evaluation of measurement systems.
• Conducting vendor audits at the vendors' site as well as internal audits inside the plant for process improvement.
• Deep understanding of problem solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis and statistical analytical tools.
• Customer engagement and support.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Internal Auditor for QMS 9001:2015.
• Knowledge about UL,ETL and IMS Standards.
