TCx Customer onboarding (Dec 2022 to Till Date):

            This project scope is building mash up in QAP and then uses SLA reports built in Qlik Sense which gives information to external users on ticketing data which comes from SNOW(Source system), VM Availability reports from catalyst and VM utilization reports from Zabbix. Targeted system for the SLA reports to view by external customers is in TCx portal based on user section and report level access.

TCx Platform (Sep 2022 to Nov 2022):

          This project scope is to setting up TCx portal platform by installation of QAP server which empowers team to access, analyze, and visualize data for External users

Self Help BI platform Admin (Mar 2021 to Till Date):

           This is a admin support project which have a scope to make End users and developers to access self-help BI platform seamlessly which empowers team to access, analyse, and visualize data

Self Help BI Platform(Sep 2020 to Feb 2021):

          This project scope is to setting up Self-help BI platform by installation of Qlik Sense Enterprises as a multi node environment which empowers team to access, analyse, and visualize data without relying solely on IT or data specialists and supporting the users and developers while doing migration of reports from multi-BI systems to Qlik Sense.
