  • Streamlining of process from manual PO to digital PO which are mandated from compliance perspective
  • Managing the Pandemic requirements for PAN INDIA without hampering the operations (O2 Concentrator, Covid Protective gears, etc during wave 1 2019)

General Expenses : Overall Savings estimated from FY 2019 – 2023 is Rs 9.58Cr however we have delivered the savings of  Rs 8.62 Cr as at March 2023.  We have been successful in operational contracts negotiations, FY 2023-2024 estimated cost savings with 6 Projects Rs  19.89Cr.

 Received two consecutive awards for Cost savings Guardian of Cost & Shikar Champions , Star Award for the  employee of the year 2022.
