1. Design and development of Cartesian , SCARA and Gantry Robot :
Responsibility Undertaken:
· Worked on Software Development using python to interface with Robot with PC.
· Simulating and testing the robots using Python.
· Worked on co-ordinate axis of robot to specify their position using kinematics
· Debugged test failures, worked on Software Development.
· Controlling of stepper motors using TB6600, CNC shield, A4988 driver through Arduino programming.
· Interfacing PC with Robot using serial communication to control positions of robot as per the user Commands through Robot Control Software
2. Development of PLC Kits:
· Developed PLC kits and I/O kits.
· Experience in wiring and rooting of kits.
· Interfacing PLC and I/O using external wire source using Ladder programming.
