Roles & Responsibilities

QC Engineer

• Leading the inspection team for the on-time and error free dimensional inspection during in process and post processing of components.
• Active participant in PFMEA and providing the probable causes of failure and implementing the control mechanism pro-actively.
• Strong understanding of Quality control techniques, ability to read and interpret part drawings, Specification, standards and proficient in GD&T.
• Performs DQR Inspection on behalf of customer before dispatch
• Handling customer complaint for Boeing project's (B777, AH64, CH-47) and providing SCAR response in time.

MRB

• Active member and Co-ordination between the CFT members for the effective RCCA analysis and authorized QC personal for the internal MRB Disposition.
• Identify the root cause for the problems using the various QC tools (Why-Why analysis, Fishbone diagram, 8D Technique etc.)
• Monitoring and controlling the internal rejection rates by monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Good expertise in implementing Quality tools like 7QC tools.

QMS

• Responsible for the effective QMS implementation throughout the organization, which complies with the requirement of AS9100.
• Responsible to monitor and improve the organization's quality performance and quality rating of various customer.
• Planning and scheduling internal audits as per the Internal SOP's.
