• Develop and improve the process in shop floor, collect suggestion from employees to reduce cycle time, wastage and cost
• Concentration of the process development & implementation, maintain housekeeping, guide, monitor and supervise the all safety standards for safe and healthy working environment
• Communicate, guide, motivate, interact with operators, and monitor employee's skill to improve production and good work culture
• Knowledge about maintenance of Hydraulic Moulding Presses, PLC Hydraulic presses & Fabrication and Servicing of Moulds and Dies
• Monthly presentation PPT (Yearly target and Actual, Monthly budget and actual, Day production average, Raw material consumption, Production wastage analysis, Production loss analysis, Breakdown loss analysis through RCA, 5S, Safety abnormal identify, Identify the no of unsafe act and condition, Initiatives and upcoming days plan)
• Preparation of management information system and reporting to the UNIT HEAD daily basis

• Lime bulker provided for lime feeding 10ton per hour
• Autoclave condensate line modification work for avoid water draining problem
• Cutting line tank recirculation vertical pump system implemented
• Flyash and returns vertical pump system implemented
• Feed water line extended to mixer for heating the batch material for maintaining the temperature in mixer drum
