- Company Overview: HIL is Manufacturer of new revolutionary building product, called Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC), located at Chennai and is the flagship company of prestigious C.K.Birla Group of Companies, with the capacity of 180000 cu.mt/annum by using more than 60% of Pulverized Fly Ash (PFA) from the coal based power plants
- It has been awarded with the Certificate of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 for Quality, Environmental and Safety Management respectively
- Planning the monthly production and scheduling & conducting daily production meeting and internal department meeting for achieving the scheduled target
- Intract with related departments, clarify the deviation, give the technical guidance to subordinates to ensure quality products to meet customer requirements
- Coordinate with marketing team and receive daily size wise production plan as per customer requirement
- Inform management target and getting the required output from shift engineers and asst.engineers
- Arrange the availability of machines and tools, workplace, consumables, material,mould,metal parts for smooth and uninterrupted production
- Responsible for quality of the manufactured products & monitoring the process parameters to meet customer requirements
- Maintain 5s, TPM,& kaizen, System in shop floor
- Analysis the machineries utilization of the month, machine breakdown hours, rejection and wastage of the month, tonnage of scheduled and manufactured products
- Organize, Monitor the production operations as per plan and implement corrective actions
- Develop and improve the process in shop floor, collect suggestion from employees to reduce cycle time, wastage and cost
- Concentration of the process development & implementation, maintain housekeeping, guide, monitor and supervise the all safety standards for safe and healthy working environment
- Communicate, guide, motivate, interact with operators, and monitor employee's skill to improve production and good work culture
- I have very much knowledge about maintenance of Hydraulic Moulding Presses, PLC Hydraulic presses & Fabrication and Servicing of Moulds and Dies
- Monthly presentation PPT(Yearly target and Actual, Monthly budget and actual, Day production average, Raw material consumption, Production wastage analysis, Production loss analysis, Breakdown loss analysis through RCA,5S,Safety abnormal identify, Identify the no of unsafe act and condition ,Initiatives and upcoming days plan)
- Preparation of management information system and reporting to the UNIT HEAD daily basis
