Profile Description

  • As an officer I was responsible for onboarding new application CSA. This tool was supposed to standardise the OOP billing process. I started with BRD and got insight of the tool and the process thanks to my previous finance company experience I was able to quickly grasp the process knowledge which helped me to understand the end to end process lifecycle.
  • I started coordinating with the development team and started with UAT testing, captured all the scenarios and the evidence of testing. Raised the ticket for defect coordinated with development team to resolve them.
  • Once testing is done finally shared my observations and future enhancement with onboard team and got the sign off from onshore
  • I have been handling the process where i trained all the foreign offices on how to use the new tool, built an SOP, training videos, faq.
  • Also, I have identified the future enhancement and share my ideas which is in the pipeline for next release
  • Client Account Management – Tax Operations and automation process development for business team, identifying margins improvement for country offices, team management, estimate to complete, budgets.
  • MS Excel/Spot fire and Business Intelligence – Monthly Reviews and Reconciliations, Dashboard, KPI/Spot fire/Power BI/Business Intelligence and Annual Reports.
  • Process Team – Part of process team for new hire training, Process training and Process map preparation.
