Around 350 branches from the source bank has been separated and an IT platform was created for the new bank Williams and Glyn
A project called Target Operating Model had created lot of SME’s for the new bank
Testing phases for the bank had been done in different platforms
This project team involves in building up an IT platform for the new target bank Williams and Glyn from source bank
Project involves requirement analysis, design, development and testing the applications with new IT platform across different test, QA and production regions.

Cognizant Technology Solutions

This project provides the employee reimbursement details of the employees
It involves various Jobs that generate reports for the US and Coventry employees in various sections like payroll deduction, reimbursement, and General ledger and Citibank remittance
The application describes the expense related details of the Employee like reimbursement, deduction, general ledger, Citibank remittance and accounts payable
Employees are staying in both in-house (US) across UK, IRL, UAE.The project describes how to add the newly acquired Coventry employees to the Concur Expense system .A new group id Aetna GSA was provided to integrate these employees into the existing expense system.

This project aims to update the dialer system for Cap one with the account numbers To create an auto bill and transaction log file Capone’s action entries through online system will be evaluated through the program and the Bill file will be sent to Capone with the respective account numbers .A report will also be created for the transaction records to notify the client
First Data is a service provider of electronic commerce and payment solutions .The portfolio includes merchant transaction processing services ,credit, debit, private-label, gift, payroll and other prepaid card offerings and fraud protection .This project involves the conversion of some of Cap One’s core services to be provided by First data particularly in the rewards area of commercial cards.

This project aims to support for the major applications Millenium, Bank Recon, General Ledger based on the SLA agreements and also to develop& enhance their applications in the form of service requests
Financial System (AFS) is a sub system of Ahold information systems(AIS)
There are 2 major legacy systems i.e
Millennium and Non-Millennium applications under AFS running under AIS environment
Millennium is the GEAC technology that enables to enter and update business information on-line
If we want to process certain types of information in batch mode, Millennium gives you that option which is developed by Procedural Definition Language (PDL) programs
The millennium applications which are known as Fixed Assets, Capital projects, Account receivables-Pharmacy and IGOR are used for entering, maintaining and tracking asset activities and it would contain the details of all asset information and tracking the details of many projects in details and producing the invoices for Millennium reporting system
The Non-Millennium applications which are known as General Ledger and Store inventory systems are to serve the Ahold's business for Balance accounting,payments, adjustments and the information are updated across the operating Companies.
