2. Demonstrated the required standard of proficiency in the application of the concepts and tools which are critical to the success of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and awarded “Green Belt” Certification.

3. Actively involved as core team member in implementing ORACLE P11i Cost Management module in Manufacturing Plant in Bangalore (Make to Order Mfg. Plant) and Go-live support.

4. Successfully completed ORCALE P11i Cost Management & Implementation training and obtained certificate from ORACLE UNIVERSITY .

5. Participated in SAP BPC Implementation and Training the end-users.

6. Initiated new report called “Potential OSMI” (Obsolete and Slow Moving Inventory) which will provide item wise details of future month OSMI for next 3 Years– which helped to convert $2M of Unallocated Inventory and $300 K of OSMI.

7. Restructured the Trial balance with New Department code to track expenses by Department and speed up the Inter-company Debit Notes/Allocations.

8. Initiated and interacted with IT team to develop New Customized reports in Oracle to increase the efficiency of Finance team by spending more time in analytics of the data rather than spending the time for retrieving the data.

9. Formulated the process and built the team to claim Export Incentive (MEIS & FPS) around USD 1,200,000 per year from 2015 onwards.

10. Additional responsibility taken as Business Champion/Business Project Manager for Implementing “ GST (Goods and Service Tax)” module in Oracle R12 to ensure the project is delivered on time, in budget, and within scope

11. Actively involved in the implementation of “ASC 606 - Revenue Recognition” issued by FASB and IASB.
