· Involved in Writing and reviewing the test cases for IVR and Web

· Involved in generating the Cyara scripts and executing the Cyara scripts

· Involved in executing the test cases and raising defects

Green Dot Bank is America's #1 brand in the prepaid debit card industry. With millions of customers and growing. The Green Dot Bank Personalized Card is a prepaid Visa or debit MasterCard Card that you can use anywhere debit MasterCard or Visa debit cards are accepted worldwide. There's no line of credit associated with your Card. It's a prepaid debit card. Personalized Cards can be used at ATMs and can also be reloaded (more money can be added to them). Your purchases and ATM withdrawals are debited from your Card balance.

Greendot offers two different cards- Temp card (Temporary card) and a perso card(permanent card). Customer can not use the card immediately they need active the cards through different touch points like IVR, and customer support.

Responsibilities

· Analyzing Functional Requirement Specifications and call flows

· Involved in Writing and reviewing the test cases for IVR and Web

· Involved in creating the Cyara scripts and executing the Cyarascripts

· Involved in executing the test cases and raising defects

· Involved in coordinating with the team in resolving project related issues

· Involved in Defect Triage calls and weekly client calls.

· Iam also having knowledge on Cyara ApIs and Integrated jenkins with cyara using ApI calls.So that once the deployment is completed in Dev & Pre-Prod Environments then the Cyara Campaign automatically executes.
