I worked for 2 different projects for Healthcare.
1st Project:
Project Name: BSC(Blue Shield of California)
In this project, I have worked for 10 months. My role involves test design and test execution and making sure the organization meets its quarterly and annual sales goals.
Here we followed Agile methodology and I have experience on Facets, Pega, EAM for test execution and JIRA for test management tool. Majorly I worked for end to end process for member enrollment which is created through Facets/PEGA/XML tool(Automation tool) and until database load we tested. Group creation is also part of this project and I involved as well. We used JIRA for tracking purpose So I can able to create test set, test execution and test plan in JIRA.
2nd Project: Present
Project Name: BCBSNC(Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina)
In this project, we followed Waterfall methodology and I have experience for more than 10 months. Its a migration project from Amisys application to Facets. I worked for Facets, EAM application, ALM and Zelis. Here also the same process like my previous project and additionally I worked for different letters (PDF Validation). We use ALM for tracking purpose. I have knowledge on test set creation, raising defect, Upload cases to Test plan and pull the cases from test plan to test lab.
