Sriram was offshore delivery lead responsible for Overall Project delivery, Client satisfaction index, training, Upsell, cross sell, Financials, Staffing, Service Operations for multiple projects for various clients in NA region comprising of modules like HR Case Management, ITOM, PPM, Service Portal, ITSM, CMDB, SAM modules, ServiceNow E-bonding & Service Integration.
Responsibilities:
Offshore delivery lead, responsible for delivery, transition, Service Operations for various ServiceNow projects in NA region, providing thought leadership and Project Governance functions ensuring best practice delivery methodologies also ensuring that the delivery happens within the expected levels of Schedule, cost and quality. Also address day to challenges faced by team related to sprint planning, release schedules, address them to onsite/client teams for efficient resolution for specific chargeable portfolio of projects. Representation of project governance in Monthly steerco meetings and weekly meetings with onsite and client leaderships. Sriram also drives Automation agenda and productivity improvement initiatives within these projects across the NA region.

Sriram has led offshore Accenture Hybrid Cloud Platform team comprising of 60+ members responsible for building of the Accenture Hybrid cloud platform in the Accenture Data centers using the HPE compute, Nimble storage, Arista Networking components for new Accenture clients to be on boarded into this Hybrid cloud platform.
Sriram travelled to France to lead a Flexera SAM Project team as a PM for a Travel Technology company to define and Implement a coherent transversal Software Asset Management Practice (Process, People, Policies) to reduce unnecessary license purchasing by harvesting existing licenses (avoid costs); “Intercept and Challenge” all requests pertaining to specific locations. Client wanted to implement Flexera tool - application database to provide central visibility of software assets & be License compliant to have successful audits. Client wanted to suppress the unauthorized software and licensed software being used and maintained, in addition to preventing security breaches by identifying unauthorized software.
Sriram led a Project team of 10 members for HP Service Assurance Platform for a NA Energy and Utilities client comprising of HP NNMi, Omi, uCMDB, Sitescope, BSM, OBR Reporting, Operation Orchestrator leading into SN platform for tickets, enabling successful delivery and transition.
Sriram was a PM leading a BMC CMDB & ADDM team to Sweden for a leading Telco client towards BMC Atrium CMDB and ADDM implementation close to 1 year enabling successful delivery and Transition.
Sriram was a Technical lead & later played role of a PM for a BMC Remedy ITSM implementation project for a leading Telco client comprising of multiple integrations to 3rd party telco tools ensuring successful delivery and transition to operations.
Sriram also travelled to Germany for a leading consumer goods company as a Project Manager also wearing a BA hat for Requirement Gathering, also driving development for Custom Change Management Application from Scratch moving from legacy Lotus Notes.
Sriram also enabled upgrading from a legacy BMC platform to the latest ARS Platform when this could not be completed by the incumbent vendor due to inadvertent delays.
Sriram also built the ITIL V3 Maturity Model for Service Operations Process based on ITIL V3, ISO 20k, COBIT to assess the maturity of the client IT infrastructure platform in order to optimize and provide Continuous service improvements. This was later used in Assessments for various client deals to determine efficiency in Governance, Process and readiness to scale to next level of maturity enabling roadmap for improvement
