Project summary : I was part of the project which involved data visualization and building reports for business insights.

Project details :

• A Power BI Dash board was made with KPI's, matrices and Best and Worst Performers of the store.
• A design of a store layout using Synoptic panel.
• For better visualization of a store at a glance, store layout has been drawn using auto cad and projected the data from the drawing using Synoptic panel.

Learnings :

• Understood the retail Business at airport and various retail KPIs.
• Enhanced my knowledge in Power BI & its DAX functions.
• Improved my knowledge and skills with R language.
• Improved my knowledge in statistics for better understandings of data.

2. AOCC
Project manager : Gaurav Srivastava, Senior Manager AOCC.
Project summary : I was part of the project which involved data visualization and building reports for business insights.

Project details :

• Made Power BI reports with a dashboard of matrices, graphs and pie charts showing on time performance.
• Using synoptic panel projected the baggage performance zones wise on the airport layout and also worked on run way performance.
• Integrated these reports by pinning to a dashboard to make it cloud based so as to get data with an automated refresh day-to-day.

• Airport operations and functions.
• Various airport related attributes or matrices which is used for various reports and projects.

Project and Learnings :

• I learned Microsoft Excel and few basics of Power BI.
• I researched extensively about the products of Wipro and compared those with competitors like Urban Clap, PMC etc with respect to parameters like Prices, Promotions, Advertisements and also the Positions of the goods at markets and made an excel sheet and analyzed the data.
