🔹Maintain,observe & good care of cast house equipment like drill machine & mudgun.

🔹Drain, transfer, or remove molten metal from furnaces

🔹Draw smelted metal samples from furnaces for analysis, and calculate types and amounts of materials needed to ensure that materials meet specifications.

🔹Observe air and temperature gauges and adjust controls to maintain required temperatures of furnaces.

🔹Operate controls to move or discharge metal workpieces from furnaces.

🔹Maintain good housekeeping practice.

🔹Assist pit operators when needed

🔹Follow SSOP's on a daily basis.

🔹Skim and clean furnaces as scheduled.

🔹 Skills Used Doing my job in a dangerous environment safely.

*Slag Granulation Plant(SGP/INBA):-

🔹Focus to Aim 100% granulation of hot slag.

🔹Avoid unnecessary drypit diversion.

🔹Good & housekeeping & ensure safety of self & as well as my co-workers,operators,technicians also.

🔹Maintain the good condition of all equipments.

*RMHS(Stock house field area) & Control Room MH handling:-

🔹Good knowledge of raw materials used in furnace & chemical analysis.

🔹Help to improve melting rate of furnace & sending good report of material inspection.

🔹Housekeeping & cleaning of all stock house & maintain same the adequate wet material handle in moonsoon difficulty time.

🔹Maintain good dedusting system of stock house for good environment.

🔹As well as operate material handling system from controom.

🔹Also report to every problem & difficulty situations communicate with field engineer to avoid furnace efficiency.
