  • As part of Operational & Security Risk mitigation and to ensure SBM (State Bank of Mauritius) Business continuity, there is a need to upgrade / remediate current IT Assets in India that are EOSL to achieve sustainability across IT architecture, solution & services for the next x years.
  • Identified & Assessed components that are EOSL for upgrade / re- platform / version enhancement / portability / replacement
  • Part of costing process and negotiations with client. Project TCV $8.61M
  • Program consists for 25 tracks - Infrastructure Refresh, Network Refresh, Security Refresh, Call center refresh and 20 banking application tracks (Core banking Systems, Cards and Payment, CRM, Treasury, Biztalk, Finnone etc)
  • Managing team of 52 members which consist of 5 Project managers and 47 technical folks

  • Orchestrated SBI Cards to perform network segmentation as per PCIDSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) compliance requirements, as per RBI guideline and move CAT B and CAT C applications to newly created network zones.
