Key responsibilities: Offering Management

• Develop the project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within scope.
• Lead and manage teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring collaboration among team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Allocate and manage resources, including team members, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Address and resolve project issues and conflicts

Key responsibilities: Offering development - Service Repair [KTOC-PSR].]

• Increase the sales by identifying the potential needs of Front Line After Sales business and offering spares
• Develop of new spare kits for existing modules based on field study
• Maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) in product data management tool and SAP tool for the existing changes
• Stake holder for releasing kits to Ordering and Field Management tool to enable technician and sales engineers to place orders
• Stake holder for Service Repair roll out plan to Front line plants in collaboration with various internal teams/stake holders and Single point contact for Front Lines on troubleshooting the issues while placing tender in KTOC tool (tendering tool) and ensure smooth FL tendering process
• Analyze / suggest / update / maintain various sales price conditions based on the FL desired CMII level in coordination with FLs
• Process and tools development in collaboration with various internal teams like Global pricing teams, Global Maintenance pricing team, IT developers, KTOC support team, Area Managers, Global Roll out coordinators, Front Lines
• Building dynamic Digital catalogs in Front Line local language in Adobe (AEM) to help the Front Lines in identifying the packages available with price information and act as a promotion material

Key responsibilities: Offering development - Fit kit offering.

• Study field performance of existing components and propose new replacement kits for life cycle enhancement
• Collaborate with KTI for Kit development, from providing the requirement to developing prototype, field test, till releasing the Kit.
• Involved in Change Request (CR) till the execution, conduct periodical meetings with global peers and handle milestone stages of CR's
• Maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) in product data management tool and SAP tool for the existing changes
• Promoting the new kits created to front lines by creating a sales brochure and camping in collaboration with the communication team.

Key responsibilities: Customer Solution Engineer - Salesforce SEB Issue Tool

• Handle service technician queries related to spare parts coming through the online ticketing tool in CRM-Sales Force platform.
• Provide troubleshooting or fault-finding support to customers' equipment (Elevator, Escalators).
• Commissioning of product simulators in laboratory and testing them with different new features and to make maintenance instructions out of it for FL's
• Ensure the ticket is handled in priority and solution provided which will reduce the call out time of the equipment site
• Help the service technician/Engineer to identify the right spare part material to be replaced in the site against the original delivery

Key responsibilities: Material data management and digital solutions

• Data mining and Harmonization of materials for technical data.
• Involved in material replacement studies and approve the technical compatibility of new materials.
• Duplicate and dead stock analysis within the distribution center and make scrapping decision or in-house stock transfer activities.
• Analyzing Supplier based offering of materials and bring them in KONE Offering to improve the region wise GSS sales development.
• Develop and maintain tools for Material search/identification and documents/instructions.
• Supplier suggestions on technically challenging materials
• Improve materials offering based on Data Analysis.
