- Ensuring BOM quality and completeness at each build event of the Global Product Development System (GPDS).
- Assisting New Product Development and engineering changes.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams during Publish Point Reviews (PPR) to resolve issues in BOM to improve BOM quality before key build events.
- Expertise in preparing Reports and Audits on different vehicle lines.
- To address the issues in CPSC, PAF, Missing Fastener PAF, Missing Fastener CPSC & Base Part Number (BPNO) to Engineer and update the correct attributes in AVBOM with the help of Engineer.
- Preparing Night-letters on Sign-off and Completeness Report for various milestones.
- Creating CRF & CMF for cost, tooling through FEDEBOM thereby interacting with D&Rs to approve or decline them.
- Coordinating with BOM analyst, PPM team and PMT leaders about the notice release process.
- Performing various BOM audits to align Fastener weights, Torque, Feature Codes, Cost Weight & Tooling reports and BOM Quality Review audits.
- Working in Excel and Office tools to create user-friendly presentable views as per the downstream meetups.

- Worked in Autodesk Inventor for creating 3D models and Vismockup to review clashes and entire plant for Brownfield Project.
- Inputs will be received from supplier (WebScene Share, Autodesk Recap) and imported into Autodesk Inventor, which appears in the form of point cloud data. We, then process these point clouds to 3D models.
- Created 3D models for the entire plant (Transmission/Engine). Also created 2D layout (Autodesk Architecture) and export them to jt.
- Performed quality check (QC) for MA and MCA lines for various Ford plants.
